Hi, thanks for visiting my website. Firstly, I have to admit I always struggle with these bio write ups. It just seems quite unnatural to talk about one's self in such a way, so I'm gonna keep it casual. If you noticed, I'm bit of a jack of all trades, master of none (Except for ceremonies ;)) Yes, I act, I host, I coach, I teach and I'm one balloon animal away from clowning at kid's parties. 

My career has afforded me opportunities from hosting talk shows, lifestyle programs, beauty pageants, reporting sports, acting in dramas and movies to teaching yoga, movement, mindfulness and meditation. Talk about a stretch. But I realized why I do what I do: To apply myself and affect others positively in any way I can. That's what drives me. My happiness is derived from the knowing that Life is a gift and to honor it, I must share my gifts with the world. So I strive to embody my values, principles and philosophies into the fabric of my being and allow it to be expressed in my work, my passions, my relationships and hopefully, influence others to do the same.
